Metal False Ceiling & Exterior Louvers Project — Kadi & Kalol

Yashvi Infra Co has completed a combined metal false ceiling and exterior louver installation across sites in Kadi and Kalol, Gujarat. The project pairs an interior metal ceiling system with a weather-resistant exterior louver facade, giving the building both a refined interior finish and improved outdoor protection.

Project Overview

Kadi and Kalol are fast-growing industrial and commercial hubs in Mehsana district, and buildings here need façade and ceiling systems that can handle heat, dust, and heavy monsoon runoff while still looking sharp. This project called for a metal false ceiling inside the facility along with exterior aluminium louvers on the building's façade to manage ventilation, sun shading, and rain protection.

Materials & Specifications Used

The interior ceiling used GI metal panels on a T-grid suspension system, selected for span, load, and acoustic requirements of the space. The exterior façade used aluminium louver blades engineered for airflow and rain-defense angles, with a powder-coated finish for long-term weather and UV resistance suited to Gujarat's climate.

Installation Process

Execution across the Kadi and Kalol sites followed our standard process:

1. Site survey and structural assessment for ceiling and façade zones
2. Grid and suspension system installation for the metal false ceiling
3. Aluminium louver frame fabrication and façade fixing
